The main problem is that currently risk management is carried out through Excel matrices with macros, which limits the ability to centrally, dynamically, and timely manage the volume of risks, controls, events, and action plans of the company. Additionally, this scheme complicates the integrity and connection of information between different areas (audit, risk, compliance, and cybersecurity), as well as the traceability, visibility, and alerting of changes made by delegates or those responsible for risk management.
