The many bugs found in many features, support are not trained enough to know how to resolve issues or ot use teh CRMs features from a real end user perspective, and require extensive work on the customers part to report issues, often again and again as issues dont get resolved. Fixes that are rolled out are often reverted causing the same issue again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
