What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I LOVE their app. This is hands down the best part of their software. The app will detect when someone in your pipeline is calling and give you notes on them before the call. It will also automatically bring up a spot for you to make notes during and after the call. It is powerful and well worth the money! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

I love the tool, but the only thing I wish it had, were more drip funnel options. I do a lot of email marketing to drive leads, and I would like them to be better about that. I've seen other tools that can send out texts and do automated calls, I wish this had that function. But otherwise, it is an amazing tool! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping my pipeline of potential and current customers organized. Allowing me to take notes and set goals for certain clients. It solves being able to connect my emails so I don't have to dig through past emails to find out what is going on. It solves being able to organize multiple contacts at one company under one account with notes. I have seen my follow up increase dramatically thanks to the reminders and notes inside the account.
