**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

What I value most is how simple and intuitive Pipedrive is to use, which matters a lot when you need a whole commercial team adopting it consistently. The level of customization stands out: I can adapt pipeline stages, custom fields, and activity types to fit how we actually sell rather than forcing our process into a rigid template. Over the past 7 years of using it across our 10-person sales team, it has evolved in a direction that fits our organizational needs well, which has eliminated any need to migrate to another platform. The initial setup was genuinely fast - we were running our first pipelines within a couple of days - and onboarding new team members has been straightforward thanks to the clean interface.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

There are a few minor limitations, mostly around the management of certain data and how some objects interconnect. For example, you can't link a single person to multiple organizations or defining Analytics for Projects could be smoother. That said, these are small frictions and negligible compared to the overall benefit we get.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pipedrive solves the continuity of information within our team and prevents data loss during turnover - when someone leaves or a deal is handed over, the full history stays in one place. Concretely, it gives us constant, shared access to crucial client information so we can manage over 500 active clients effectively and plan follow-up actions without anything falling through the cracks. Since adopting it, our follow-up consistency has improved and we've cut the time spent on manual handover notes. This fluidity of information is the single biggest benefit for us.

Two quick tips beyond the text itself: the notice also mentions making sure your contact information is complete, so double-check the profile fields (work email, LinkedIn, company) are filled in - that's often what actually blocks "professional experience" verification. And the more you can replace a vague phrase with a number or a named feature, the faster these tend to clear.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

The simple user interaface and the drag and drop nature of being able to move things from 1 pipeline to another.

The performance of the software and how quickly automations can be kicked off to make life easier for the user. 

I have not yet tried some of the more advanced integrations; but I can say that the simple Outlook and calendar ones are working very well. 

The pricing is very much on par if not better than the competitor sites and I think the incentives to get discounts as well as starting small with the "starter packages" works really well. 

The AI report generator works nicely to get you out of the blocks as well.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

Some of the reports can be restrictive and there is a bit of additional customisation that would make it phenomenal

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales order; tracking and understanding our pipeline and how much cover we have; as well as how many of our sales people are shooting the lights out and how many are not.

What I like about Pipedrive is that it simple to use and organised it makes sales process easy and straightforward instead of overwhelming and the main thing that i like about Pipedrive is that It is been trusted over many companies in different countries and I also like the automation feature because it saves our team a lot of time.

Pipedrive feels a bit limited if you need very detailed analytics. There’s also a slight learning curve when setting up automations and integrations for the very first time. Making it a bit harder for first-time users to settle with the platform.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pipedrive lets me track my sales process from start to finish in an organized way. It keeps all my leads, deals, follow-ups, and customer information together in one place, which makes it much easier to stay on top of everything. It has streamlined my workflow by giving me clearer visibility into my sales pipeline, reducing missed follow-ups, and automating routine tasks to save time. As a result, I can focus more on closing deals instead of spending so much time on manual administrative work.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I like that Pipedrive is easy to use, especially for entering customer information. It's very important for me to use it and customize it for my own business. The open fields, which can be later categorized or recategorized, are very helpful. It's also great for sorting customers by price, product, stage, location, address, and category—making it easier to keep track of them. I find it very useful for determining how far along customers are in their sales journey, whether they're ready to buy now or need more time. Pipedrive helps us schedule services by setting calendar reminders, which is crucial for follow-ups. Additionally, I appreciate that it allows us to store and access customers' information, purchase history, and service history efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

We haven't explored features like custom calendars or AI responses because we want to keep things personalized for each customer's needs.

Instead of doing all manual spreadsheet entry and update we can focus on sales pipeline building and help to focus on other task

The UI is better than most of the competition. Customer service is responsive.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

They mislead you regarding email marketing campaigns. They tout all the amazing features in the marketing materials but fail to disclose their double opt-in process they require. If you want to email your contacts in a campaign where you can see performance metrics, they can require you to get every single one of those people to "opt-in" to your emails even if you have been emailing with a person for 20 years. It's very misleading and if these features are important to you, know this before you invest a lot of time, money and energy into the platform.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pipedrive is a CRM. I can organize my contacts, deals and leads in one place.

Provides quick snapshot of my day and the tasks I have.  Allows for easy personalization so that I can see my data in the way that helps me the most.  Great value as a full functioning CRM platform at a very competitive price.  Utilizes APP integration and AI to provide more functionality

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

Onboarding was not as comprehensive as I had hoped.  Also, migrating data from one PipeDrive account to another was incredibly challenging and I was surprised at how much data was lost

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provides the C suite with a snapshot of all business and statuses of each deal in progress.  This means they don't have to reach out via email or phone to ask "what's going on with....".  Instead we can spend out time working on the deals that need more attention

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

Core system is ok. New features are added but with everything is being an addon now.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I've been a Pipedrive customer for five years, so this isn't a first-impression rant. The CRM still does the core job, but if you ever need support, consider yourself lucky to get a coherent answer at all.
The billing experience alone should be a warning. When I had a billing question, I was told I'm actually billed by a separate company called OMX and should contact them. OMX then told me, no, I'm not really their customer. That circular handoff eventually dumped me onto a junior support rep whose replies read like a chatbot. The substance never improved.

The part that pushed me to write this: our subscription renews on the 19th, and on the 19th I cancelled two seats. Pipedrive refuses to credit or refund them, even though I still keep seven other seats with them. So I'm now paying every month for seats I explicitly cancelled and will never use. Here's the exact response I got:

Pipedrive will not be able to provide a refund for the time unused in your billing cycle, as noted in section 6 of our Terms of Service — Clients may change or cancel their Plan anytime as outlined below; however, they must do so before the Renewal Date to avoid billing of the next Plan Term's Fees. If Client chooses to change or cancel their Plan during the Plan Term, Client may use the Service until the end of Client's then-current Plan Term, but will not be issued a refund for the most recently (or any previously) charged Fees.

The catch: I cancelled on the same day as renewal. Their defense is that I cancelled "after" billing ran — but there's no way for me to know the exact minute they bill, and they won't tell you. So the policy hinges entirely on a timing window the customer can't see. This is the second time in two years they've pulled this. They'll happily spend hundreds acquiring a new customer but won't extend a few dollars of goodwill to keep a five-year one. It's baffling math.

On the product, the last two years have been a steady slide into enshittification. Nearly every useful feature is now a paid add-on. The built-in caller that worked fine vanished, replaced by an expensive third-party provider. The iOS app is substandard. The platform goes down for hours every few months. Basic functionality is missing — you can't create a follow-up for a specific time, quick actions can't be customized, and Google Calendar sync is buggy and won't show you accurately when a confirmation was received.
The email editor is awful, and loading contacts takes forever. Leads don't get their own pipelines — you're stuck with one archaic leads list. Unarchiving leads is genuinely painful: you can't reassign an owner before unarchiving, you can only unarchive, so you end up relabeling everything first as a workaround. And the built-in campaigns have the worst email delivery rate of any tool I've tested.
They clearly built this software back when quality mattered. That care is gone. If you're evaluating CRMs in 2026, look elsewhere first.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I like the interface. The sales pipeline view makes it easy to track performance and progress of salespeople and deals. 

We have a dedicated account manager so support is easy. The AI tools are new and useful at times and the integrations that are available definitely make the tool more powerful.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

In the past the pricing was difficult to understand with different plans and multiple add ons but I think that may have been fixed now

For us, Pipedrive is a sales and deal management tool. We use it to make sure nothing falls through the crack as far as our sales pipeline goes. It also helps us gain efficiency and effectiveness
