I had a great experience with Pipedrive in the past, particularly with pipeline management, sales workflow organisation, and marketing campaigns. This positive experience led me to choose Pipedrive again, and I am very pleased with the improvements introduced in the updated version.

I appreciate the structure it brings to my CRM, as well as its tools for planning activities and managing sales actions. The platform is intuitive and user-friendly, and the tutorial videos available for its different features make it easier to learn and use effectively.
