* Economic: its managed and cloud-based so we could save up on dedicated infrastructure

* Very easy and straightforward to integrate and deploy

What do you dislike about PingOne for Customers?

* Some advanced authentication options cannot be mandated for all users as some users might not have devices with the necessary hardware, so setting up alternate sign-in methods is almost always required. What problems is PingOne for Customers solving and how is that benefiting you?

We found PingOne for Customers to be a robust and secure solution for implementing SSO on our internal systems. The platform's ease of use and comprehensive documentation made it simple to integrate with the existing web services.
