What do you like best about PingMyNetwork?

As someone who works in network support, I mainly use PingMyNetwork as a learning tool. It turns abstract concepts into something I can actually observe—I can see what happens to traffic instead of only reading about it. For me, the biggest upside is how much practical knowledge I’ve been able to pick up from using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PingMyNetwork?

Honestly, nothing major stands out yet. I'm still fairly new to it and using it mostly for learning, so I haven't hit any real limitations. If anything, I'd like to see more beginner-oriented explanations alongside the data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PingMyNetwork solving and how is that benefiting you?

For me it's less of a business problem and more of a knowledge gap. Working on a service desk, I often need to understand what's actually happening on the network rather than just following a script. PingMyNetwork helps me build that understanding, which means I can approach issues with more confidence instead of escalating everything I don't recognise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
