What do you like best about PingMyNetwork?

I really enjoy how interactive the platform and learning materials are. Most networking learning materials don’t allow for much interaction, whereas PingMyNetwork supports interactive learning that helps me put the theory into practice. On top of that, the learning materials are high quality, easy to follow, and straightforward to engage with. The platform itself is also super fast and reliable; I haven’t run into loading screens or visual bugs, even in the router labs, which is especially impressive given how buggy labs can be on other platforms. What do you dislike about PingMyNetwork?

I can’t really say I dislike anything about the platform. Occasionally, there were small issues where some learning materials were in the wrong language or were missing a few inputs that the guide said should be expected in the lab. However, I raised bug reports directly from within the platform, and the team fixed them within a day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PingMyNetwork solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main issue PingMyNetwork solves for me is staying focused while studying. Most other platforms feel boring and don’t hold my attention, so the quality of my studying drops and I eventually stop using them. PingMyNetwork keeps me actively engaged by making the learning materials interactive, while still including enough detail in each chapter to make sure I’m learning at the right level.
