What do you like best about Ping Identity?

I like how Ping Identity makes it easy to set up and establish SSO or OAuth connections. The user interface is very user-friendly, which really helps when building out connections. The tree helps me determine the path that authentication needs to take when writing policy flows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ping Identity?

I have had some trouble with using the PingID passwordless agent for Windows desktop. Because of hardening in our environment, I was able to install the agent, but when trying to log in with PingID, no prompt was given to log in to the desktop. Looking at the Ping support documentation, I wasn't finding any helpful info on how to correct it or what might be the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ping Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ping Identity centralizes authentication and secures access to apps, supporting both cloud and on-prem solutions. It's easy to set up SSO or OAuth connections with a user-friendly UI.
