"Enterprise-Grade Security and a Unified, Flexible Identity Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Ping Identity?

I like Ping Identity because it delivers enterprise‑grade security, frictionless user experiences, and flexible deployment options. It integrates cleanly with both modern cloud apps and legacy systems, provides powerful orchestration tools, and scales reliably in complex environments. Ping gives us a unified identity platform that reduces risk, simplifies authentication, and supports our long-term architecture without locking us in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ping Identity?

I dislike PingOne Cloud because its architecture doesn’t support cross‑region failover, which is a major gap for any enterprise that requires high availability and geographic resilience. In a modern IAM platform, regional redundancy isn’t a luxury — it’s a baseline expectation. Without the ability to fail over to another region, PingOne creates a single‑region dependency that increases operational risk, complicates disaster recovery planning, and limits our ability to meet strict uptime or business continuity requirements. For a system as critical as identity, that’s a deal‑breaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
