What do you like best about Ping Identity?

I like Ping Identity because it delivers enterprise‑grade security, frictionless user experiences, and flexible deployment options. It integrates cleanly with both modern cloud apps and legacy systems, provides powerful orchestration tools, and scales reliably in complex environments. What do you dislike about Ping Identity?

I dislike PingOne Cloud because its architecture doesn’t support cross‑region failover, which is a major gap for any enterprise that requires high availability and geographic resilience. In a modern IAM platform, regional redundancy isn’t a luxury — it’s a baseline expectation. Without the ability to fail over to another region, PingOne creates a single‑region dependency that increases operational risk, complicates disaster recovery planning, and limits our ability to meet strict uptime or business continuity requirements. What problems is Ping Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ping Identity solves the fundamental problem of managing secure, seamless access across a complex enterprise environment. It centralizes authentication, reduces password risk, supports modern and legacy applications, and provides strong MFA and policy controls. For me, the benefit is a more secure environment, fewer user disruptions, simpler integration work, and a platform that supports both our current architecture and future modernization.
