"Efficient Candidate Filtering with Pin"

What do you like best about Pin?

I like the filters that Pin provides, which help me narrow down the candidate search based on different criteria. Pin also offers suggestions, which is helpful. A feature I really appreciate is being able to write in and customize what I need to be filtered out, allowing me to get very specific with what I'm looking for in candidates and profiles. What do you dislike about Pin?

Sometimes when I reject a profile and provide my own feedback on why they're not a fit, I still see the same profiles even after Pin updates based on my feedback. Also, I noticed that Pin counts a lot of internships as part of years of experience, which can alter the profiles I receive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pin solving and how is that benefiting you?
