I like the filters that Pin provides, which help me narrow down the candidate search based on different criteria. Pin also offers suggestions, which is helpful. A feature I really appreciate is being able to write in and customize what I need to be filtered out, allowing me to get very specific with what I'm looking for in candidates and profiles. Sometimes when I reject a profile and provide my own feedback on why they're not a fit, I still see the same profiles even after Pin updates based on my feedback.
