What do you like best about Pin Payments?

By using Pin Payments, it has allowed us to streamline the payment process dramatically for our clients that have pets having surgical procedures.

By making payments prior to collection when the client arrives to collect their pet, we can prioritise them and provide more quality time with the importance of their pets recovery.

Taking away the need for the client to attend the reception desk and settle bills when they just want to see their furry friend after a procedure, has been such a positive experience.

What problems is Pin Payments solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solving the bottleneck of customers waiting to pay bills at peak times in the practice. Owners of patients in for surgical procedures just want to see their pet, not have to wait to pay bills or do any of the admin. Utilising Pin Payments, their bills are finalised prior to arriving so they can be sen immediately by a nurse when they arrive at the clinic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
