When I had a problem, I asked, and they responded. The payment gateway is simple and easy to use, and the tutorials are extremely helpful. I now have two businesses using Pin Payments and I'm so impressed with everything about Pin Payments, and I'm still using PinPayments after 3+ years. Recommendations to others considering Pin Payments: The simplicity and the service, but what I like most of all, is they are Australian. The process of implementing the payment gateway into my websites was speedy and streamline. What problems is Pin Payments solving and how is that benefiting you? I was dissatisfied with my previous payment processor as things weren't working correctly, so I searched and found Pin Payments. I was impressed with how they operate and how easily their system worked, so I applied to use Pin Payments on one of my other websites as I was going to our state Show. The problem I had was when using the Point of Sale at the Show; the business reference was to my first business, not for the second business.
