The flow had some glitches that made it frustrating to navigate

**What do you like best about Pike13?**

The customer service. Anything like Pike13 is going to have lots of ins and outs, so it's crucial to have a fast response to questions so that I can keep my business running smoothly. 

**What do you dislike about Pike13?**

There are a handful of things that it doesn't do, mostly where it comes to automatic communications to my staff, like with class covers and payroll things. There are a few report styles I'd like to be able to do, but I've not seen anything else that does what I"m looking for. 

**Recommendations to others considering Pike13:**

This really takes care of EVERYTHING for any sort of customer service endeavor. If you're a smaller business, it might have more functionality than you need, honestly. If we were a small gym, I'd go with something that included more membership side communication and workout/programming dissemination. But. No other service really takes care of all the BUSINESS needs of a larger facility. 

**What problems is Pike13 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes care of
- calculating payroll
- inventory and merchandise sales
- scheduling classes and private sessions
- reports 
- events and specialty courses

  ### 3. Required before but migrated when I had the chance

**What do you like best about Pike13?**

It is calendar driven and easy to create classes. I like that it automatically assigns qr codes to people. 

**What do you dislike about Pike13?**

Buggy and inconsistent. The billing process is painful. It doesn’t invoice your customers just automatically bills them and you have to be very careful about who is going to get charged which is hidden unless you check each family individually. The system doesn’t automatically prorate or let you apply discounts like multi class or sibling easily. It is also hard to have multiple account managers for a class. They let you store notes on sessions but you can’t pull this data out of the system. Very buggy and support can be obnoxious and condescending.  It is also expensive for what it is. 

**Recommendations to others considering Pike13:**

I do not recommend. There are better calendar tools that let customers request makeups, trials, and drop and enroll easily. These other tools also have better ledger and invoicing creating a clear paper trail and can automatically calculate sibling discounts and multi class discounts using a table and can also prorate automatically. And these other tools offer all that and are cheaper!

**What problems is Pike13 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used this software for a year to schedule classes. I was constantly frustrated by its bugs and limitations. It was so difficult to do many things like get a simple class roster.  Once I left the franchise, I was able to switch to kids activity management software which had more functionality that I needed like printing rosters or contacting the parents in a class.

  ### 4. Pike13 is a life savor when it comes to a small business

**What do you like best about Pike13?**

I really enjoy pike13 because I am able to track billing, recurring payments, staff payroll. It really helps out in my line of business since I am super busy. I really like how they are mobile friendly as well. I am able to track everything on my phone and home computer without being at work. 

**What do you dislike about Pike13?**

The downside to Pike13 is that it can sometimes take forever to load and it’ll take forever to enter in information at times. Other than that I really do enjoy this software. 

**Recommendations to others considering Pike13:**

I would definitely recommend on getting this software. It truly is wonderful and your able to track a ton of important data. 

**What problems is Pike13 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to track very important data all in this software. It has really helped out in my small business a ton. I enjoy being able to track it at home and stay on top of it.

**What do you like best about Pike13?**

Pike13 gives me a real-time look at my students each day in School Of Rock, so I know what my daily schedule is.

**What do you dislike about Pike13?**

It is *very* difficult to sync Pike13 up with Google Calendar, and if lessons are canceled or move around, it sometimes never even makes the changes in Google Calendar. Also it frequently is unresponsive and takes a long time to load a student's profile.

**What problems is Pike13 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned above, it allows me to see who I will be working with that day, and the notes feature helps me jog my memory with what I worked on with the student the previous week (which is also helpful when there are substitute teachers or I am covering for another teacher).

You could put notes in for clients for other employees to see invisible to the client.

There were too many issues updating flash sales and specials. Lacked ease.

Ease of signing in roster and regulating payroll.

**What do you like best about Pike13?**

Very easy to use, modern / clean interface. The site is essentially identical on a Desktop and on Mobile devices. Note that some would say lack of an "App" was a Con (that was my first reaction) but the Mobile friendly website performs very well on all platforms.

**What do you dislike about Pike13?**

We find the reporting to be difficult. It's ok when you need to pull one bit of info but if you need multiple layers of info/filters in one report its near impossible. You essentially have to run multiple reports and then compile the data from those several reports to get the info you need. This may not be the case for everyone, but it has been for our company. Several of our necessary reports are impossible to get and I've had to do a lot of searching for info the very difficult and long way. Customer service have been helpful in trying to find alternate work arounds but the reporting is my biggest issue with FrontDesk.

**What do you like best about Pike13?**

Sales: They are definitely ready to take your credit card. They definitely want to rush you into on boarding so don’t take your time to get your items together. Once the sale has been finished they don’t care about the clients - like a car salesman!

Booking Emails: I like the fact that the program sends booking emails on a regular basis. Parents like them for the reminders.

Credit Card Processing: It has a nice feature built in that allows credit card processing. They did not tell me upfront that there is a monthly fee associated with it and then said "oh someone should have told you that." Once again, blame game.

Documents: The docusign feature is a nice ad on. However, if you want to customize your form, good luck. Pike13 doesn't really want to help you on this and once again try to play the "stupid" card on it. 

Reports: The reports are nice if you can understand how to use them. They are kinda difficult to get around if your account manager does not explain them in detail. 

**What do you dislike about Pike13?**

Overpromised and underdelivered.

Customer Service Attitude: They don't care once they have your money. Make sure you put a note on your calendar one year out or your service contact will be renewed. Don't expect to speak with anyone over the phone, everything is done through email. 


I was indifferent about the on boarding process. The guy belittled me several time about coding and whatnot. I was a graphic and website designer by trade and on numerous occasions he talked in circles to try to confuse me. Basically their software doesn't allow for many custom changes and they would prefer to confuse you instead of being straight forward about it.

Text messaging: This is not default on the product. I was told that it was. All clients have to enable the feature. When you are dealing with 200+ clients you don't want to have to go through this process with every single client on how to sign up, sign on, go through all of their individualized settings - just to set up a text message.

Interface: The interface is very straight forward. There isn't any real customizations on it. You get what you get.


**Recommendations to others considering Pike13:**

Avoid. There are better solutions out there with better customer service.

**What problems is Pike13 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was using Square Appointments and they raised their rates. Pike13 had more features at the time too.

**What do you like best about Pike13?**

The app is made for business. Mainly scheduling and billing purpose with good support.

**What do you dislike about Pike13?**

Maybe too focusing on music. Probably to have an wider view for more people to adopt into this app.

To view the schedule is really flexible. Not like the old style anymore with this app.

**What do you like best about Pike13?**

The integration with Mailchimp works very well.

**What do you dislike about Pike13?**

I found the Pike13 to be like a team of used car salespeople. Once they made the sale, there was zero ownership taken for the "lemon" which was sold. 

There were common-sense features missing. For example: there is no indication that a client is new when they are signing in. 

There was no ownership taken for false promises made. For example: I was told there was ClassPass integration, but once we were finishing the onboarding process, I was told it was no longer available. After contacting ClassPass directly, I was told the integration was never offered to begin with.

**Recommendations to others considering Pike13:**

Be careful what you sign up for. I discovered several important features were missing once we signed the contract. One of which was promised to me before I signed up. They deflected the blame and the isses are still unresolved. If you find them at fault for anything, there will be zero ownership taken, only excuses, and no compensation. Proceed with cation. 

**What problems is Pike13 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a little cheaper than Mindbody, so we save a few dollars, but as of now, we have lost more than we have saved due to the lack of peripheral features.
