Pierce Washington is an installer of the BigMachines product that my group would inherit to support. BigMachines is a highly complex, highly customizable tool that had a significant number of methods for use. Following an established methodology and not over promising to a customer is key to a successful project. Pierce Washington worked within the established methodologies while meeting the customer requests with implementations that could be supported. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As the team that supported the product long term, i would have preferred to have more interaction prior to the completion of the install but this relationship developed.
