I like that it is very easy to start translation projects and add all of the needed translation memories, term bases, etc. It's very easy to understand what to click and how to get the result you want. The pre-translation option is also very helpful. In general it has a lot of helpful features that can be easily modified. I like that it shows how far you are % wise in your translation work. I've never had any problems adding Word documents and it keeps all of the formatting so you don't have to change it later on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What could be improved are the hyperlinks that are added automatically in pre-translations, because now they tend to split words in half and create minor inconveniences. Also other problem is that it's not possible to confirm an empty segment, but sometimes it is needed, and upon merging segments, they are still separated by elements, so it's difficult to keep the same formatting as the source text. The AI is helpful, but there are tools that i try to use instead of the main one that don't work. In terms of speed these are the things that add more to the time it takes to finish a project.
