As a technical writer, I have found the flexibility of the platform and the large number of built-in features to be helpful in tailoring the Knowledge Base to best support our customers. I have also had a good experience working with the PHPKB team to build custom features into the platform. The PHPKB support team has been very responsive, whether they are helping me on a custom implementation project or answering my general questions about the platform.
