What do you like best about Phound Business?

I find Phound Business incredibly useful because it allows me to have a phone number for my handyman business, separate from my personal number. This makes it convenient for customers to contact me. With one other employee, it's easy to assign him a number as well, and I love the feature that lets phone calls ring on both our phones simultaneously, ensuring we never miss a client call. The cost is significantly lower than using multiple tools that serve individual functions. I appreciate how it consolidates all my communications, including calls, texts, meetings, and even AI meeting summaries, helping me remember client discussions. The way Phound Business creates chats from meetings, adds attendees, and provides a detailed summary and full transcription is another aspect I find valuable. It's efficient for me that I can make calls using that same number within the app. The initial setup was very straightforward, taking only 10-20 minutes to complete. What do you dislike about Phound Business?
