What do you like best about PhotonPay?

For us, the biggest benefit is being able to manage multiple virtual cards in one place. We can keep client budgets separate, set limits, and quickly check transactions when something looks off. It is also helpful that we can manage different currencies and payments from the same platform. That saves us from stitching together several different payment tools. What do you dislike about PhotonPay?

Recommendations to others considering PhotonPay:

I think it makes the most sense for agencies or teams managing multiple ad accounts, clients, or currencies. I would recommend setting up a simple naming system for your cards from day one, especially if you plan to issue a lot of them. That makes it much easier to know which card belongs to which client or account. If you are constantly juggling ad spend across different accounts, it can save quite a bit of operational hassle. What problems is PhotonPay solving and how is that benefiting you?

We manage a lot of Google and Meta ad accounts across different clients, and payments used to be a pain to keep organized. With PhotonPay, we can assign separate virtual cards to different clients or ad accounts instead of having everything run through the same few cards. It makes spend tracking and reconciliation much easier, and we have better visibility into who is spending what.
