What do you dislike about PhoneIQ | Modern Phone System & CTI for Salesforce?

Nowadays, nothing. Before, the software had some bugs here and there, but now it has improved a lot and is quite stable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PhoneIQ | Modern Phone System & CTI for Salesforce solving and how is that benefiting you?

We moved from analog telephony to digital telephony. With this, a lot of benefits like adding and removing extensions without the need for a technician or hardware. Having an IVR system. Having statistics, recordings. It has been the great wildcard of home office, allowing phone service from home, whether from a computer or a cell phone.
