**What do you like best about PhoneBurner?**

The product is great, makes the process of cold calling a lot faster. It integrates with most CRMs in the market and you can directly call from the CRMs using their extension. Compared to other platforms on the market, the price for you get is fair. There are multiple functionalities in the platform that makes activity tracking a lot easier, like adding phone scripts, pre-recorded voice mails. As an admin, they give you the ability to login as your callers, and listen to live calls, whispers, or even barge-in. The onboarding process is amazing, their support team is great and walk you through every configuration in the software that you could take advantage of.

**What do you dislike about PhoneBurner?**

Probably the UI/UX, it's not that I dislike it. I feel like it could use some modernization, and look more user-friendly. The product could also benefit from some AI-driven features. Like getting recommended AI-written phone scripts based on products & services, company overview, and problems your company solves.

**What problems is PhoneBurner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achieving a higher answer rate, the SDRs at my company were having issues getting people to actually pick-up the phone and that % is now higher. Not only that, but it helped them save a lot of time dialing potential prospects one by one. Now, they're added to a dialing session, and the tool takes care of the calling which is a huge time saver for any sales organization.

**What do you like best about PhoneBurner?**

I like PhoneBurner because the setup is really easy and the onboarding is fast. I can go from signing up to dialing in a short amount of time. The platform makes a lot of sense and is very logical to use. It's also really easy to add my team, set them up for success, and manage them with reports, data, and everything needed for making outbound phone calls. The PhoneBurner team has always been great with onboarding assistance, making it easy to get started and shortening the time to using the platform. This product has improved so much over the years that it can do everything I want for calls.

**What do you dislike about PhoneBurner?**

Nothing I can think of. It has always worked great.

**What problems is PhoneBurner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PhoneBurner helps my team make more dials per hour and reduces the time spent finding contacts, streamlining the process to have more conversations. It's easy to set up, fast to onboard, and simplifies team management with logical workflows, reports, and data.

**What do you like best about PhoneBurner?**

I think PhoneBurner's UI is great. It's very easy to understand and the reports are so in-depth, which is awesome for data nerds like me, saving time and offering real insight into my business. I also appreciate their support system, which consists of fantastic individuals well-versed in their responsibilities. It's critical for success to have such a supportive team behind you, wanting to do the best. They even have an AI named Finn who is very helpful and was my first line of defense for issues, even after hours—it's awesome. Additionally, they offer better quality numbers and technology, which I believe is necessary for success today. I also find the Connect scores intriguing and I'm keen to dive into them to see how the proprietary software works. Overall, I can't say enough good things about PhoneBurner.

**What do you dislike about PhoneBurner?**

I don't necessarily say it doesn't work well for me. I'm just a nerd that likes to kinda mess around with things, and I know that there are some native GoHighLevel plugins for the CRM, but I just didn't have access because of the way my subaccount is created off a very large backend where the primary account wasn't able to install that for everybody. Nor did they wanna fund that. So, I think that was maybe one thing. As far as, you know, the folder systems is okay. I think it could be better than having a folder system. But I've been able to manage as well as create some things on the backend that have improved that system for me. So nothing out of the blue that really doesn't work well for me. Everything works well because I'm able to work around it.

**What problems is PhoneBurner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PhoneBurner solves compliance issues by handling monitoring and spam remediation. It enhances contact rates by maintaining local presence with licenses, ensuring I am seen as a legitimate business owner.

Quick dialing and easy voice messages and reasoable price for all the service.

**What do you dislike about PhoneBurner?**

I'm still learning so I'm working out the issues as I go. Nothing serious so far.

**What problems is PhoneBurner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Phoneburner service is great . I use the FIN chat or email support and usually get straightened out in 15- 30 minutes. Excellent support response time and resolutions.

**What do you like best about PhoneBurner?**

PhoneBurner has allowed me to have more B2B clients at one time. I love the ease of use with PhoneBurner. The CRM is excellent, and setting up new clients is a breeze with being able to copy Dialing and Live Answer button sets. I like the folder system, and I'm especially happy that PhoneBurner has updated the system for folder additions and changes to complete quicker than it was at one time. I also find the system for verifying caller ID terrific. Everything about adding a new client is done very quickly, which I really enjoy. The PhoneBurner Customer Service is fantastic, whether I reach out by email or telephone.

**What do you dislike about PhoneBurner?**

I don't like the options offered in PhoneBurner where you select and build a Dialing list to call. It starts at ten and goes up 25 and then 50, etc., but I would like for it to start in increments of five. Sometimes I just need to make five calls at one time. I have some clients who have a fifteen per day level. It would be better to have increments of five, ten, fifteen, twenty, twenty-five, fifty, etc.

**What problems is PhoneBurner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes reaching out to leads much quicker by setting up multiple calls at one time. I like staying on the dialer from start to finish, unlike systems that auto-dial.

**What do you like best about PhoneBurner?**

It has a really good interface and a smooth onboarding process. The onboarding specialist gave us a full walkthrough and helped us with the setup. It also has seamless integration with Zoho CRM and offers good AI transcription.

**What do you dislike about PhoneBurner?**

It’s very expensive per seat. Also, I can’t create appointments from outside systems, which makes integration difficult.

**What problems is PhoneBurner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Auto-dialing clients and, most importantly, checking the health of our numbers so they don’t end up flagged as spam or scam.

**What do you like best about PhoneBurner?**

I like that PhoneBurner solves the constant spam issue with my phone numbers not appearing as spam, which is really important to me. The team support is quite responsive and very helpful. After the onboarding session, everything was clear and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about PhoneBurner?**

Just a few little issues when merging with others. In this case, if you go back (click on the X button before or after merging), the phone is still connected, but you can not take over the phone at this point after you merge the call.

**What problems is PhoneBurner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use PhoneBurner to call leads and it solves the spam issues and improves connection rates. Phone numbers don't appear as spam, and the team support is responsive.

**What do you like best about PhoneBurner?**

I use PhoneBurner for managing my team and letting them make phone calls. I appreciate how PhoneBurner solves several issues for me, like team management, phone number availability, listening in on calls, and distributing leads. It's really easy to use, which I love. Normally, buying phone numbers, getting a power dialer, and acquiring leads would be separate processes, but PhoneBurner combines all that into one smooth experience. The initial setup was very easy, and I find the platform overall very good.

**What do you dislike about PhoneBurner?**

I think distributing leads could be easier, but that’s my only real complaint. Overall, it’s a good platform and I’ve had a positive experience with it.
