What do you like best about Phone2?

What do you dislike about Phone2?
Nothing in particular stands out from the services I’ve acquired. I do wish the basic option included SMS sending, not just receiving.
I’m not very familiar with the service’s AI capabilities, but it performs excellently for what I use it for. I noticed that integrations are available as well, although I’m not familiar with how those work.
I also think the desktop platform could look a bit more modern, and there could be a clearer distinction between users and members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
