I’m very satisfied with Phished. The platform is user-friendly, well structured, and makes security awareness training easy to manage. One downside was that awareness could start to fade once employees had completed all available training levels, as there was less new content to keep them engaged. However, Phished has addressed this well with the introduction of the renewed Platinum level, which is a great improvement and helps keep the awareness program ongoing and relevant.
