The most helpful thing about the Phenom is the ability to text candidates. Most people use that as a primary source of communication, so it's good to have that when an email isn't being responded to. I also appreciate the ability to make Alight-branded email templates to send to my candidates, which adds a great aesthetic touch to an otherwise very plain and generic email. Phenom is very user-friendly, which is helpful for those who are not tech-savvy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Phenom Applied AI? There aren't a lot of things that I dislike about the platform. A lot of things I would change are more nit-picky items that would be helpful to me personally. For example, I wish the submitted screenings would automatically filter from first submitted to most recent. I also wish the order of the questions you're reviewing as a recruiter would be in the order that the screening questionnaire was created; helps with the flow of the review. It is automating a lot of tasks that were otherwise manual (i.e., sending automated emails when a candidate reaches a certain stage).
