What do you like best about PEX?

I have used similar software from previous employment, but have found PEX to be far easier to use. The App is very user-friendly, allowing an expense report to be created using both charges on the PEX card AND charges paid in cash. What I found to be especially helpful was the feature to allow a budgeted allowance per card to use, as this can help small businesses with expense management. What do you dislike about PEX?

I had one issue when setting up my account, in which it apparently did not save the password I tried to create, however I will say their digital support was very quick to resolve the problem, and I was able to access my account that evening. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering PEX:

The App is very straightforward to use! It also eliminates the need to email photos of your receipts to then download and re-upload onto a site. If you are able to use a cell phone for the app, I highly recommend approaching the reports that way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

PEX eliminates my need to obtain a company p-card each and every time I need to make a purchase. There are multiple cards which can be tied to an account, and because there is a limited budget, we are able to stay well within our means for each project. I find the receipt uploading process to be very straightforward, and because it is not a complicated process, my colleagues and I are no longer putting off submitting our reports, as it its not something we are dreading to complete. It is easier for us to stay within our budget since the PEX card is essentially like a debit card and can see our account activity/limit -- using a credit card (with another cash management software) did not necessarily provide this added benefit.
