I find PEX incredibly easy to use, which made it seamless for our cardholders to adopt quickly. I also appreciate that it lets cardholders upload their own receipts, which avoids unnecessary back-and-forth with staff. Sending receipts to PEX is straightforward, and the matching process has been smooth for us. The auto tagger and workflows work well for our needs, and I value the integration with our Blackbaud software. Setup was very simple, and we were live within three weeks of signing the agreement. performance has been reliable and the ROI is already on our favor after one month.
