I like that each card user can upload their receipts and categorize their own transactions. Some of the tools that I value the most are the ease of using the system and that it talks with our accounting software, QuickBooks Online. I also like some of the AI features that are new to PEX. We use PEX Enforcer, which is very helpful for keeping our employees compliant with uploading receipts. The PEX Auto Tagger with AI technology helps cut down time spent with bookkeeping. I found losing a receipt to be a hassle, but I like that PEX has improved this with a new feature allowing employees to sign a statement if they lose a receipt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
