The conversations feel natural enough that prospects don’t immediately hang up, and her qualification logic is sharp—she asks the right questions and then books meetings straight onto our reps’ calendars. It can struggle with heavy accents and background noise on the prospect’s end, which sometimes results in misheard details that then need to be corrected. The handoff to a human could also be smoother—when a prospect asks for something outside the script, the transition isn’t always very graceful. Setup took longer than we expected as well, mainly because we first had to clearly define our qualification criteria before Olivia could apply them effectively.
