What do you like best about PestPac by WorkWave?

I find PestPac by WorkWave to be really user-friendly once you get the hang of the basics. I like that I can export almost any report and find out anything I want to know based on the data put into the system. The best fit scheduling is particularly beneficial as it helps us not have to rely on route numbers and technician names, and it can automatically assign ZIP codes. The exporting features and data importing processes are great, especially when we're purchasing new businesses since it's easy to export all of their customer data for a mass upload. Also, the routing, scheduling, and reporting tools are valuable for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PestPac by WorkWave?

I definitely think that PestPac by WorkWave can improve mapping and automatically routing specific areas. When we have condensed areas, it's unfortunate that we have to rely on maps to see exactly where technicians are assigned to, rather than having something that we could zone on the back end to specific routes. I find PestPac by WorkWave optimizes routing efficiencies, streamlines payments processing, and allows customizing to fit our business.
