I like that Personio is an all-in-one platform and regularly releases updates. The support is also currently well-structured, and you get timely help. The user interface at Personio is just really good. We are also satisfied with the integrations. The performance area is still in its infancy, or you can tell that it's not Personio's main focus, and I think that's okay. Price: of course, not cheap, but okay for the range of functions. There are some topics and features that seem very trivial but just don't work or are missing. Sometimes there's a lack of focus on small, seemingly trivial improvements, and the focus is too much on big and exciting topics like AI themes.
