I really like the UI/UX of Personio, along with the great support we have, especially from our account manager and the Personio Support. I appreciate that Personio continuously improves its features. I find that processes like time tracking, performance reviews, and payroll preparation work great in Personio. The reporting isn't exactly where I would like it to be. It improved by a lot over the last two years and in 9/10 cases it's all I need but then some variables are not possible to select still, which can be quite frustrating, and there's still some waiting time until a report shows the most recently added data (5-10 min). The Planning would be really helpful for us but because we cannot add a cost center to the shown list, we cannot use it and have to use Excel instead.
