Personio has a beautiful UI that was even praised by our team (we build digital products). The UX is well thought out, which makes it easy to use and simple to find the right information when needed. It’s fast and very performant, which saves time when moving around the tool.
The price feels fair, and the implementation support was good. Overall, it was easy to roll out in the company. It’s also a flexible tool that we were able to set up to fit our specific HR needs. On top of that, it offers an in-depth automation system that helped us streamline processes that were manual before, and it notifies the HR team when something important happens (when an important request is made or when a date is coming up).
It has allowed us to keep all HR and talent management information, along with most related processes, in one place instead of relying on multiple tools, sheets, and docs in parallel.
The API is complete which allowed us to make custom integrations with internal tools and AI Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The “new employee onboarding” workflow feature offers good flexibility, but it still needs work to become more robust. A few key pieces are missing that would help us deliver a first-class onboarding experience for new hires.
Other thing is that here isn’t currently a clear way for managers and direct reports to schedule and manage 1:1s in one place, including an agenda and a summary of past sessions. It would also be helpful if those 1:1s could integrate with the Performance Review cycle.
Performance Review is still a feature in development, although it’s already solid and is being actively improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
