The initial setup was easy because they handle it. **What do you dislike about PersistIQ?** I had a bad experience with PersistIQ. We agreed to sign off on the mailing lists, but after the first month, they just went and emailed their own list anyway. They didn't deliver on the SOW and refused to refund us. **What problems is PersistIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use PersistIQ for direct mailing, as it uses AI to manage emailing clients from a target list. ### 2. Despite sending thousands of emails over multiple campaigns, the results have been incredibly disappointing. Specifically, from over 5,500 emails sent, we have yet to secure even one positive response or successful meeting. While the PersistIQ team was responsive initially, the actual strategy and execution consistently failed to resonate with our target market. This resulted not only in wasted investment and resources but also a noticeable risk to our brand reputation due to negative recipient feedback. Given the cost, expectations, and promises made by PersistIQ, the inability to secure even a single productive lead or qualified conversation is alarming. I cannot in good faith recommend their service to other professional firms seeking genuine engagement and measurable results from email outreach campaigns. **What problems is PersistIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** PersistIQ is intended to solve the challenge of consistent, targeted outreach through automated cold email campaigns, simplifying lead generation processes, and helping businesses efficiently manage large-scale email communications. However, in our specific experience, these intended benefits were unfortunately not realized. ### 3. The min contract was 6 months and after thousands of email we landed 3 meetings. The SDR lost leads because they responded poorly and the email scripts were garbage. We asked to cancel the contract after 3 months for poor performance and they refused. If you're looking to sink $10k just use your toilet. **What do you dislike about PersistIQ?** They don't take accountability for not generating results they sold us on that they would create. **What problems is PersistIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** They kelts trying new scripts that were too wordy, not on point and offered no value. ### 6. It was very easy to communicate with the team, and I was constantly followed up on how our campaigns were performing. **What do you dislike about PersistIQ?** I think there's nothing I actually dislike; at the beginning, as this was a new industry for them, we didn't find quality leads, but after the first feedback, they were fast enough to fix this, and we started to have incredible options. So far, we haven't gotten a single positive reply to any of the thousands of emails they've sent on our behalf. The sales person we spoke with, who was operating under a totally different company name, indicated that we would be able to revisit our agreement in the event of this poor performance. Unfortunately, they have been unwilling to let us out of the remainder of our agreement. **What problems is PersistIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** They were supposed to get appointments and leads for us. We have not had a single positive reply to an email, much less a meeting or opportunity. ### 10. The staff working with me were excellent in guiding me on the program, strengths, process and realistic results by participating. **What do you dislike about PersistIQ?** It can sometimes be frustrating to see how there are "hits and misses" at different times, even though the same attributes were being used. It made it a bit of a challenge to know what I should be adjusting or changing to the success path. **What problems is PersistIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bringing potential clients to the table - and showing me where the sweet spot of my market is.
