What do you like best about Perselio personalization platform?

What I value most about Perselio is its intuitive UX/UI and strong performance. But what truly makes the platform unique compared to other similar solutions is the human approach - the smooth onboarding experience, the willingness to accommodate specific requirements, and, above all, the excellent communication. What do you dislike about Perselio personalization platform?

As a client, I always appreciate having full transparency regarding how a platform works rather than treating it as a black box. I believe it is important to define clear expectations at the outset - whether the main goal is to drive revenue, improve margins, or focus on any other key metrics that matter to the business.

From there, optimization should be aligned with those objectives, including selecting the attribution model that makes the most sense for the client. Open and honest communication throughout the process is equally important to ensure that everyone is aligned and to prevent misunderstandings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Perselio personalization platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Perselio primarily helps us address challenges related to recommendation placements across all 15 of our European markets. With a product catalog containing more than 80,000 products, it can be extremely difficult to recommend the right product to the right customer at the right time in a way that truly makes sense.
