As an admin, I love how I can schedule future or recurring PerkUps to share my appreciation for my employees on special milestones or work anniversaries. We used to simply leverage Amazon Gift cards, but this expands the options for our team and is more flexible to their interests. My favorite part of the UI is being able to personalize the reward messages with fun gifs or images, and including a personalized messages. The customer support has also been fantastic (frequent check-ins from their leadership team). Would recommend PerkUp to anyone looking to streamline their employer perks! Very minor... but it did take some light training when we first rolled the program out. That's typical with any new software.
