What I like most about Perkbox is how it brings employee recognition and celebration together in one place. We use the platform to recognise employees for their hard work, as well as to celebrate important moments such as milestone birthdays and work anniversaries. It has helped us create a more consistent and engaging approach to recognition across the business, while making it easier to ensure key milestones are acknowledged. The platform gives us a simple way to make recognition more visible and meaningful, helping employees feel valued and appreciated. No major dislikes so far. Our experience has been positive overall, and we’re looking forward to seeing how Perkbox continues to develop and introduce new features. One enhancement we’d love to see is the ability to automate milestone birthdays in the same way as work anniversaries. It would be particularly useful to select specific milestone ages, rather than recognising every birthday, and assign different recognition budgets to each milestone.
