What do you like best about Periskope?

Before Periskope, managing WhatsApp for our client communications was a nightmare—messages getting lost, missed calls going unnoticed, and keeping track of everything felt impossible. Since we started using Periskope, it’s like a weight has been lifted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Periskope?

Periskope is a great tool overall, but there are a few small areas that could be improved. Sometimes the interface can feel a bit cluttered when managing many WhatsApp numbers or large group chats. Also, while the features are powerful, it can take a little time to fully get used to all the options and settings. A few more in-app tips or tutorials could make onboarding even smoother.

What problems is Periskope solving and how is that benefiting you?

The way it turns missed calls into tickets automatically has been a total game-changer. Now, we never miss following up with a client, even if they just call and hang up.
