What do you like best about Peridot?

It's very easy to connect my Zoom account and have all my interviews automatically synthesized for insights. Super easy to use overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Peridot?

It's fairly new so it doesn't have all the bells & whistles that some competitors have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Peridot solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's doing all the tagging for me. I use Dovetail, so it's definitely saving me a lot of time on that part alone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
