One drawback is that some reporting features feel a bit limited. While the platform covers the basics, creating more detailed or customized reports can take extra work. It would be great if dashboards were more visual and offered deeper analytics out-of-the-box. Additionally, new users sometimes need extra guidance during onboarding since not everything is completely intuitive right away. What I consider to be a minor "dislike" about PerformYard Performance Management is that a fairly significant update was released during our initial implementation, which created some confusion and extra work as we adjusted our training materials and processes.
