What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

“What I like best about PerformYard is its simplicity and flexibility. It allows us to manage quarterly performance reviews efficiently while customizing our evaluation process to fit our company’s specific goals, scoring structure, and feedback needs. What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management?

What problems is PerformYard Performance Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

As the HR Director for Patriot Fire Protection, Inc., I can confidently say that PerformYard has been an outstanding tool for our organization.

We have been using the platform for several years, and it has completely streamlined our employee review and goal-tracking process. With a team of about 50 employees, the system makes it incredibly easy to manage quarterly reviews and maintain consistency across the company.

One of the features I appreciate most is how quickly reviews can be scheduled. It literally takes me about five minutes to schedule quarterly reviews for all 50 employees. The platform allows us to create customizable review forms that can be reused or adjusted as needed, which saves a tremendous amount of administrative time.

Another great feature is the scoring capability. The forms automatically calculate scores for each employee, and I can quickly generate reports showing review results across the entire company. This gives leadership clear visibility into employee performance and progress toward goals.
