With Performly, you can follow up on the daily tasks of different employees to check whether scheduled or specified activities or processes have been conducted.

Performly makes it possible to gather feedback from different employees

The performance of employees can be evaluated based on their designated roles, skill set and assigned tasks level and quality of completion.

Performly also makes it easy to pay employees since the process can be automated.

Learning to use Performly requires either past experience with other similar software or time to learn the different features and functionalities present.

It also helps to evaluate employee performance to establish whether they are underperfroming and why, creating opportunities for improvement and growth.
