**What do you like best about Performio?**

I use Performio for my team's KPI performance and appreciate how it simplifies working on commissions and accessing accurate data. The easy UI/UX interface with simplified navigation and an easy login procedure makes Performio stand out from other platforms. It provides me with live data without errors or delays, and I like how I can easily extract data into Excel for presentations. Performio helps me ensure my work is more accurate and factual, as I base insights on the numbers I obtain through it. It also aids in identifying team members who need coaching, making my leadership role more effective. The initial setup was straightforward, done mostly by our IT department, and I set up the app on my phone myself. I highly recommend Performio for its reliability and accuracy, giving it a definite 10.

**What do you dislike about Performio?**

I don't see any lapse, but if core functions like some shortcuts are added such as direct navigation to the tabs I use the most using AI technology integration may further simplify the functions.

**What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Performio simplifies working on commissions and provides accurate data, making targets and performances clear. The easy UI/UX and navigation provide live data without errors, allowing me to export to Excel for board presentations. It helps identify areas where team members might need coaching.

**What do you like best about Performio?**

Performio shows clear performance stats that is easy to read and even easier to search and find. It is especially helpful in seeing the trends of performance or where you may need improvement. For retail, it makes it easy to track their progress and can be a big motivator in stores. For management, it is a good indicator for real time tracking of traffic but also areas for improvement.

**What do you dislike about Performio?**

As I no longer receive commission due to my role in retail, I am unable to track any of my orders or find any of my previous work as the system no longer tracks my work. This is has been difficult to navigate around as my performio helped with double checking orders, especially when cross referencing with completed orders.

**What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Performance tracking is a major problem that Performio solves in more ways than, particularly how quick and smooth the site works and loads daily sales. Cross referencing with our excel tracker, it is a good way to compare raw sales with our conversion rates.

**What do you like best about Performio?**

I like the visuals in Performio, especially the graphs used to display performance on each target. They effectively show sales details, addressing the potential of commissions and how much we are making so far. I also appreciate how Performio helps me see my team’s performance month by month and gives a clear picture of our yearly sales progress. It's good to know how much commission we should expect at the end of the month and the accrued amount as well.

**What do you dislike about Performio?**

I think it would be nice to be able to compare the performance year by year for sales reps. This can help them decide which areas to focus on as the targets shown on Performio impact their commission differently. It would be great if I could download the entire sales file for the year, instead of only being able to download it month by month.

**What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Performio to track commissions for myself and my team, cross-checking info with BI reports. It helps me see monthly team performance and sales progress. I like the visual graphs for performance and sales, which clarify potential commissions and current earnings.

**What do you like best about Performio?**

Performio is really helpful in terms of keeping track of your sales, goals, commission and how easy it is to access. I use it every shift to check how im doing. The team is also very helpful if any issues arise. Its implemented on almost every browser and is very easy to also find.

**What do you dislike about Performio?**

The thing I most dislike about performio is how long it takes to update, it can be annoying at the end of the month to see the sales arent updated.

**What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the issue of having to keep individual track of sales, this benefits me because I dont need to keep track of information. its automatically done.

**What do you like best about Performio?**

I use Performio to track sales-related information for my organization. I find the platform very intuitive, extremely easy to use, and clutter-free. I appreciate that it has all my historical sales data available, which allows me to see trends of sales over a large amount of time and compare them with my past results. Performio makes it streamlined to find and review sales data, whether it be commission, numbers, or monthly volumes.

**What do you dislike about Performio?**

I do wish it maybe updated slightly faster, i know for the business i work for , the results do have a slight delay at times, sometimes the platform is even down itself. Mainly making sure that servers are always up and that sales data updates as close to real time as possible.

**What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Performio streamlines tracking sales data, making it easy to review commissions, numbers, or volumes. It's intuitive, clutter-free, and provides access to historical sales data for trend analysis over time.

**What do you like best about Performio?**

I find Performio very helpful in managing my commission structure since the process is really streamlined. I can access everything on a real-time basis, which I am quite happy about, and all my records are there, so I can check back on previous months easily. I really appreciate the ability to access information about the previous months and even the previous year, allowing me to check my historical data and sales trends. This helps me compare my performance between years and forecast trends, which is incredibly useful for me.

**What do you dislike about Performio?**

Sometimes it takes a while to upload information into Performio. For example, some of the sales I have made in Salesforce are not flowing through into Performio in real time. I'm not sure if someone from the organization has to pull the information through or if it can be acquired directly from Salesforce, which would be handy.

**What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Performio streamlines my commission structure, provides real-time access to sales data, and allows me to track historical performance, aiding in forecasting and trend analysis.

**What do you like best about Performio?**

I do like the new charts and graphs that show up with the sales. It allows you to see where you are at. I also like the new feature where it shows credited sales and uncredited sales.

**What do you dislike about Performio?**

I dont like how the catergories and subcategories are set up. They should be on the side in  adrop down menu. The new version has some better features, but the older version has good features too. They need to be combined to make the platform more seamless. Add the side bar drop down menu back. and add the additional categories. It also needs to be easier to see and select dates to keep track of sales and the periods they were earned

**What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do like how the sales, points, commisison, and collected revenue are on the main screen. Very easy to see whats showing up and the pay.

**What do you like best about Performio?**

I like that Performio is simple, nicely designed, fast, and convenient. It's pretty straightforward to access my monthly target and commission, which is crucial for my role in sales. The platform makes it efficient to check sales targets and strategize accordingly to meet my monthly goals. I appreciate being able to calculate my daily run rate and see where I stand at any point in the month. The initial setup was pretty easy too—my company set me up with an account, and I just had to log in.

**What do you dislike about Performio?**

There are delays in the target for the new month, especially at the beginning of the month. Sometimes it could take up to one week for the monthly target to be shown.

**What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Performio to easily access my monthly sales targets and commissions. It helps me calculate my daily run rate, making it efficient to strategize and meet targets.

**What do you like best about Performio?**

I love that since I've been using Performio, I don't have to email or harass people for clarity on fees. It's a software that streamlines training and implementations. I also like that it lists features clearly and the information is visually pleasing.

**What do you dislike about Performio?**

I haven't really found anything that I don't like. Everything I've found on Performio has been really useful, I consider it to be a very functional platform for small or large companies.

**What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me review my partners' commissions and growth. I also use it as a means to compare what I'm doing to previous months' quarters and it also gives me an idea of the revenue I'm making on average.

**What do you like best about Performio?**

I like that Performio offers graphs as well as data tables, which provide another option for viewing my data and how I perform over larger periods. It's easy to set up, and setting and changing passwords is also pretty simple, which is nice.

**What do you dislike about Performio?**

I think the sidebar options could be improved, navigating raw targets can sometimes be difficult to find. I wish there was an algorithm which accurately displays our true targets, as the targets shown are normally a bit less than the actual ones, and we have to go into the Excel spreadsheet of individual data points and add everything together to get the actual target. The website it better than the app though, the app is very glitchy.

**What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Performio helps me track my month-to-date performance and goals.
