One area for improvement is how Performio handles changes to opportunity ownership. When Operations updates the opportunity owner of a booking in Salesforce, I need to reimport the booking into Performio instead of simply editing it manually in the commission table. While manual edits update the opportunity owner, they do not recalculate or update the roll-up values, making the reimport process necessary.
