It is, however, quick and simple, and many applications accomplish this. Because PerformFlow was simple to set up and run, it makes sense to utilize it. We utilize PerformFlow in several divisions around the organization, and it has made our workflow procedures more efficient. Employees may now simply provide comments, and they can even make requests. It's also simple to use because it comes with pre-existing templates, so we didn't have to start from scratch. The most significant disadvantage for me is that it only works with the Google suite. It misses a sizable Microsoft user base. Hence, even if I enjoy the technology and my business utilizes the Microsoft suite, I couldn't promote it to them. PerformFlow has a lot of promise, but as I previously stated, it can presently only be utilized by Google users because it only supports Google Forms, which is a significant limitation.
