Very good at keeping track of employees. Once upon a time I was a supervisor and it was very easy to put notes in, keep track of 1 on 1's and generally a good manager for employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

On the user side for doing an evaluation, it is a little slow on the adding goals screen and it doesn't let you add multiple goals at once. If you don't hit 'Save' for each goal and then click the 'add goal' button it just edits the same goal over and over. (Lost progress of one of the goals I had to set) It was easy enough to add it back in once you knew you had to do it that specific way but it was still slightly frustrating.
