Having the rating descriptions sat next to each factor is genuinely useful — you can see what separates a 3 from a 4 rather than guessing at what the number means. The comment boxes alongside each rating also make it easy to justify a score while the reasoning is fresh, instead of trying to recall it later in the review conversation. Navigation is clunky — you move through factors one at a time with Back and Next, and there's no clear overview showing which ones are done and which are still outstanding. It's also not obvious whether progress saves automatically as you go, so there's some uncertainty about losing work.
