Perfectware makes it fairly easy to use. This product is user-friendly and intuitive. and can be used in such major industries and domains as automation and manufacturing, retail and wholesale, transport and delivery services, third-party logistics, and others Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perfectware?

the software is not cloud-based so you would need to install it locally and connect it directly to a server. can't be accessed on mobile, you would need to access it from your computer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Perfectware solving and how is that benefiting you?

The software offers comprehensive service dispatch capabilities covering such crucial aspects as communication, call management, and job scheduling. The connection can be established between dispatch and management team and a technician's mobile device with a single button.
