OH, my g'ness! It makes renewals so easy! It takes just a short amount of time and devotion to learn, but once you do, life is SO much easier, especially in 4th quarter! I use PQ mostly for fully insured small group quoting and comparison in TX and for that, it's a BREEZE! And on the few level-funded small groups, being able to import the renewal into the current plans is AWESOME! The only issues I have found after using PQ for over 2 years are penny-off (or rounding) discrepancies in prices/rates, which of course are editable, if needed. Customer service, while not immediate, is very helpful and is timely, usually within an hour. I highly recommend PQ for anyone needing help with cross-carrier quoting and/or renewal comparisons! Not having enough time to be able to learn all of its functions! I would like to see the ability to renew within the system, but I have heard that that (full integration) is coming soon with several carriers. YAY! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
