What do you like best about PerfectBot?

Working with PerfectBot has been an absolute pleasure. The team is incredibly supportive, and the CEO’s personal outreach shows their dedication to customer satisfaction. Setup was very easy and smooth.

The features are top-notch—upcoming tools like the Knowledge Editor, Autonomous Shopify actions, and Sales features will be game-changers for any eCommerce business. Plus, the pricing is much more affordable than alternatives like Gorgias.

What do you dislike about PerfectBot?

There are a few features available that will definitely keep optimising the bot's performance such as the autonomous Shopify actions. We did miss the typing indicator but are aware that Gorgias does not provide the API for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
