What do you like best about Perfect Venue?

My favorite part of Perfect Venue is how user friendly Perfect Venue is! The platform is so intuitive and provides the information I need front and center. We love the integration with Wedding Pro and the way our leads and proposals are presented to clients. The system has performed very well the entire time we have been using Perfect Venue. Even for small improvements, questionnaires, or menu uploads, our support and implementation team has been fabulous! Special shoutout to Leslie and the level of support she has provided. What do you dislike about Perfect Venue?

One thing I don't love is having to add in sessions on all events to avoid double booking our rooms. It can be a bit repetitive when creating a proposal. We also wish that Perfect Venue had automatic payment reminders that can be custom to each event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Perfect Venue solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had a huge problem with reporting in our previous software, and Perfect Venue is truly helping with that. We also love that it clearly denotes who is the owner of what lead/proposal.
